When we purchased our first home in Groton, MA, three years ago, Karen represented the then-owner in the sale. We were so impressed by her professionalism, knowledge of the community and warmth of character that when we decided to sell our home, there was no question in our minds we should work with Karen! We knew her market knowledge would enable us to price our home to sell. We put our homeon the market in late spring and she had it sold within months, enabling us to make a smooth transition into the new home we were purchasing. Yet, it is her sincerity and dedication to her clients that truly sets Karen apart. Buying or selling a home is certainly exciting, yet often can be anxiety-provoking. Karens constant availability to answer any question or advise on any issue eased our anxieties along the way. Her remarkable ability to find a solution to any problem and constant willingness to be at our home to let in a repairman, for example, when we were not able to, made selling our home seem almost effortless. Working with Karen has been a pleasure both professionally and personnaly. Though we are no longer living in the community, we look forward to many years of continued friendship.
